Aparna Purohit was Head of Originals for Amazon Prime India before transitioning to the role of CEO for Aamir Khan Productions. Under Purohit’s creative tutelage, the streaming giant ticked off, among others, shows that pretty much encapsulate the idea of modern India: cricket (Inside Edge), wedding (Made in Heaven), crime and politics (Mirzapur, Paatal Lok). She was also the driving force behind the diversity initiatives at Prime Video, significantly increasing female participation in storytelling in front of and behind the camera. She has also taken Indian OTT platforms to regional audiences with shows such as Haraa, Masti's and Dhootha.

Before her time at Prime, Aparna has also worked at Sony TV and UTV where under the Spotlight banner, she was involved with a string of highly successful indie films in the late 2000s (DevD, Udaan, Shahid). When she transitioned to be a part of NFDC's Screenwriting Lab and later Sundance Mumbai Mantra Lab she was at the forefront of the development of many defining Indian scripts such as Ritesh Batra's The Lunchbox, Kanu Behl's Titli, Shonali Bose's Margarita With A Straw and Neeraj Ghewyan's Masaan.

Paolo Bertolin is a festival programmer, film critic and producer. He joined the Venice International Film Festival in 2008 as a part of the programming team. Since 2016, he is the Artistic Consultant of Locarno Open Doors and has worked for several international film festivals and institutions, including IFFRotterdam, the Doha Film Institute, Udine Far East FF, Torino FF, Mumbai IFF, Beijing IFF, IFFBratislava. In 2019, he also joined the selection committee of Cannes' Directors' Fortnight.

As a film critic and journalist, he wrote articles for Italian and international publications, including Il manifesto, Cineforum, Segnocinema, The Korea Times, Cahiers du cinéma, Positif and Senses of Cinema. Furthermore, he has production credits on such films as Phan Dang Di's Big Father, Small Father and Other Stories, Lav Diaz’s A Lullaby to the Sorrowful Mystery and Amit Dutta’s Chitrashala, all entries in the Berlinale Competition. He is a member of the European Film Academy and of the Asia Pacific Screen Awards Academy.

Radhika was one of the first talent agents to join Tulsea in 2014, and has worked closely with Tulsea's writers and directors since then. She has also been instrumental in building Tulsea's team in India alongside the Founding Partners of the company - Datta Dave and Chaitanya Hegde. She has deep relationships within the Indian media and entertainment industry and works with talent to help realize creative and strategic goals.

Ranabir Das graduated from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune where he produced and shot multiple films. Soon after graduating Das shot Payal Kapadia's documentary, A Night of Knowing Nothing which he also co-produced and edited. The film premiered at Director's Fortnight at Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Best Documentary Film award.

Ranabir has also shot the short film, The Daughter and Pushpendra Singh's Laila Aur Saat Geet before he returned to the producer's role with Payal's Kapadia's fiction debut — the Indian-French-Luxembourgish-Italian co production film, All We Imagine As Light, which became the first Indian film to compete in the main competition at Cannes Film Festival since 1984 and also won the Grand Prix.

RS Prasanna is an Indian writer and filmmaker, who made his debut in 2013 with a rather unconventional Tamil romantic comedy, Kalyana Samayal Saadham, a story about a man suffering from erectile dysfunction. The film was well-received by the audience and critics, making it critically and commercially successful. In 2017, the film was adapted and remade in Hindi as Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, also directed by Prasanna. The Hindi remake, which was produced by Anand L Rai's Color Yellow Productions, broke barriers and emerged as a blockbuster. Prasanna was recognised for his technical and creative prowess, which got him nominated for the Best Debut Director award in Zee Cine Awards. Rajeev Masand selected the film as one of the Top 5 films in 2017 and Prasanna was featured in Rajeev Masand's Directors' Roundtable alongside SS Rajamouli of Bahubali fame.

Prasanna has also produced and directed On A Quest, a biopic on Swami Chinmayananda Saraswathi, the teacher who inspired the formation of the Chinmaya Mission.

Shinho co-wrote The Chaser directed by Hong-Jin Na. It was one of the highest grossing films in Korea in 2008 and invited to The 2008 Cannes Film Festival for the Official Selection Midnight Screening. Lee adapted While The Women Are Sleeping (the critically acclaimed short story by Javier Marias) into the screenplay with Michael Ray and Mami Sunada. It was directed by Wayne Wang (Joy Luck Club, Smoke, Maid in Manhattan) and was invited to The 2016 Berlin Film Festival for the Panorama Special Screening. Lee wrote the screenplay Sayonara Itsuka (Saying Goodbye, One day) based on the bestselling novel by Hitonari Tsuji. It stars Miho Nakayama from Shunji Iwai’s Love Letter and was successfully released in Japan and Korea in 2010.

Lee’s screenplay The Red Snow was the Grand Prize Winner of The 2003 Harley-Merrill International Screenwriting Award sponsored by MPA and RKO Pictures and The 2002 CAPE (Coalition of Asian Pacific in Entertainment) Foundation’s New Writers Award sponsored by The 20th Century FOX. Lee is currently developing TV series and films set in Asia and Europe.Lee teaches screenwriting in the Dramatic Writing Department, Tisch School of the Arts, New York University.

Sumit Purohit dons many hats including that of a filmmaker, writer, editor, and visual artist. An alumnus of the Faculty of Fine Arts, MS University, Baroda, Sumit spent his college days dabbling in theatre while also shooting short films and videos with his trusted handy cam. Sumit's directorial debut was with an experimental short documentary, I Woke Up One Morning & Found Myself Famous, which was widely screened in film festivals across the country. Most recently, Sumit received widespread acclaim for writing and editing Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story, a 10-part series based on the book by journalists Sucheta Dalal and Debashis Basu. Set in the Bombay of the 1980's-90's, it takes you behind the scenes of India's biggest financial scam at that time.

In addition, he was the co-writer on the Hindi Film Bangistan, a black comedy, and Amazon Prime Video’s International Emmy nominated Indian original series Inside Edge. Sumit’s debut feature documentary titled Charlie Champion- an ode to the magic of cinema and its influence beyond borders and generations - is in the post-production stage.

Nominated for a Best Screenplay Oscar for the Pixar blockbuster "Inside Out", LeFauve won an Annie Award for that screenplay. LeFauve began her film career as a producer and President of Egg Pictures, Jodie Foster's film company. During that time, LeFauve produced films which were nominated for an Emmy, a Golden Globe, and she was awarded a Peabody for the Showtime film, "The Baby Dance." LeFauve also produced "The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys" which won the 2003 IFP Spirit Award for Best First Feature. LeFauve has been a consultant to Screen New South Wales and Screen Australia and has been a mentor at many writing labs, including The Sundance Labs, Cinestory Script Sessions, and the Meryl Streep Lab. LeFauve taught at AFI and served as co-chair of the Graduate Producers Program at UCLA's School of Film and Television, where she taught master level story and development classes for over seven years. Raised in Warren, Ohio, LeFauve graduated from the Syracuse University Newhouse School.

Shih-Ching Tsou is a Taiwanese-American film producer, director, and actress. A graduate of The New School in Media Studies, she co-directed the film Take Out (2004) with Sean Baker, which premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival. She has since produced Baker's other films Starlet (2012), Tangerine (2015), The Florida Project (2017) and Red Rocket (2021), which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.

Juhi is among India's most coveted screenwriters. She made her feature debut by writing the story, screenplay, and dialogues for the romantic comedy Vicky Donor directed by Shoojit Sircar. In addition to winning several awards for Best Story, she was also awarded the IRDS Film award for social concern for 'Vicky Donor'. She continued to collaborate with Shoojit Sircar, writing dialogues for political thriller 'Madras Cafe', the screenplay for the comedy drama 'Piku', screenplay and dialogues for the feature October and the dramedy 'Gulabo Sitabo'. Juhi received two National Awards for Best Screenplay and Best Dialogue for 'Piku', which starred Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Irrfan Khan. In 2017, she wrote the Hindi dialogues for the critically-acclaimed film The Song of Scorpions starring Irrfan Khan. Juhi has written the dialogues for 'The Sky is Pink', directed by Shonali Bose and starring Priyanka Chopra. She received the Filmfare award for Best Dialogues for the feature film 'Gulabo Sitabo', starring Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana, available worldwide on Amazon Prime Video. She has written dialogues for a feature script written by Sonia Bahl for Fox Star Studios, and most recently wrote the story for the popular Amazon Prime thriller 'Hush Hush'.

Anjali is a leading Indian film director and screenwriter. She completed her post-graduate degree from London Film School with honors in editing, producing, and directing film; her graduation film Black Nor White premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and received the BFI award for Best Short Film. Anjali made her writing and directorial debut with the feature 'Manjadikuru' (Lucky Red Seeds) for which she received the FIPRESCI award for Best Malayalam Film and Best Indian Debut. Anjali has also written the critically and commercially acclaimed 'Ustad Hotel', for which she received the National Film Award for Best Screenplay - Dialogues. Her next feature film, 'Bangalore Days', revolving around the life of three Malayali cousins, emerged as a cult classic. Anjali's feature film 'Koode', released to wide critical and commercial success in India and internationally. Having worked on projects in India, the Middle East, and the UK, Anjali's films provide a nuanced insight into the migrant experience and cross cultural interactions and she has received multiple National and State awards for her work in cinema. Her recent film 'Wonder Women' delicately makes us aware of the beliefs, confusion, and questions regarding pregnancy and childbirth. Anjali is also one of the founding members of the Women in Cinema Collective (WCC), an organization that focuses on gender equality in the Malayalam film industry.
